Retiring IT equipment? We handle the data first, then find it a second life.
Get a QuoteServices
Secure, documented services for retiring business IT.
Whatever you are retiring, the order stays the same. We protect the data first, put equipment with life left in it back to work, and recycle the rest responsibly. Every step comes with a record you can keep.
How Our Services Fit Together
Each service below is one part of a short, documented chain. We start with a conversation about what you have and what matters most. We pick up from your site and log every asset. Drives are wiped or physically destroyed before anything else happens. Usable equipment is tested and remarketed where it makes sense, and the remainder is sorted into boards, metals, magnets, and plastics. You receive documentation for each step.
We are working toward R2 certification, and our process is built around those responsible recycling standards today.

Where the Material Goes
Last decade's servers, laptops, and phones hold copper, tantalum, and rare-earth magnets that are already above ground. Recovering them close to home keeps useful material in a shorter, domestic loop.
Not Sure Which Service You Need?
Most projects use several of these together, and you do not need to sort that out first. Tell us what you are retiring and roughly how much. We will suggest a secure, documented plan that fits your site and your policies.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to choose between wiping and shredding?
No. We can help you choose for each device type, and we will follow your policy if it requires physical destruction. Either way, you receive a certificate for your records.
Can you pick up from more than one location?
Yes. We serve the Kansas City metro and the surrounding region, and we can coordinate pickups across multiple sites and nationwide.
Will we get anything back for our old equipment?
When equipment has remaining market value, we test and resell it and return a share of the proceeds to you. We will tell you honestly what we see.
