A short, documented chain

Our process is built to account for the assets that leave your building until they are reused, recovered, or destroyed, as set out in your service agreement. You know where they went because we write it down.

  1. Conversation

    Tell us what you have, where it is, and what matters most: data, timing, value, or all three. We'll suggest a plan.

  2. Pickup

    Our team collects the equipment from your site. Assets are logged and secured for transport.

  3. Secure

    Data comes first. Data-bearing devices and media are wiped or physically destroyed, and our process tracks them on your record, by serial number where they have one.

  4. Recover value

    Once data is handled, usable equipment is tested for remarketing where it makes sense. The rest is sorted into boards, metals, magnets, and plastics.

  5. Receipt

    You receive your documentation: asset reporting, certificates of destruction, and a record of where the material went.

The next mine is already in the city.

A circuit board holds silver, copper, and palladium. A hard drive holds neodymium magnets. Capacitors carry tantalum. These are the same critical minerals and rare earths that new supply chains are searching for, and most of them are already above ground, sitting in last decade's devices. Recovering them is what people call urban mining.

Our job is to recover that material, sort it carefully, and return it as recycled feedstock that supports supply-chain resiliency for the U.S. That means fewer steps, more of the value staying here, and fewer new mines for the same supply.

We are a named partner of the NSF Critical Materials Crossroads, the UMKC-led NSF Engine that is building the region's capacity to recover and refine these materials.
