Retiring equipment that held sensitive data? We protect the data first.
Get a QuoteIndustries
Secure, documented disposal for the organizations that hold sensitive data.
Clinics, banks, and schools each work under their own rules, but they share one expectation: retired equipment leaves cleanly and the record holds up. We protect the data first, give you a clear record of each step, and put reusable equipment back to work. The rest is recycled responsibly.
Different rules, same expectation
Every industry we serve retires computers, drives, and copiers that may still hold private information. Your organization is responsible for how that information is disposed of, and auditors, examiners, or reviewers may ask for proof. Our process is the same careful sequence everywhere: custody, wipe or shred, documentation, then reuse when viable and recycling for the remainder. What changes is the vocabulary and the paperwork your team needs to keep.
We are working toward R2 certification, and our process is built around those responsible recycling standards today.

Frequently asked questions
Are you HIPAA, GLBA, or FERPA certified?
There is no official HIPAA, GLBA, or FERPA certification for recyclers. What we provide is documented data destruction and chain of custody that support your own disposal policies and the regulations that apply to you.
Can we require shredding for every drive?
Yes. Many regulated organizations prefer physical destruction for drives that held sensitive data. We will follow your policy and document the result.
What happens to equipment after the data is handled?
Devices with remaining value are tested and reused. Everything else is recycled, so materials already above ground stay useful.
